Coach, athlete, and creator of the Athlete Nutrition Blueprint.
I started training back in 2014, the same year I graduated as a physiotherapist. I fell in love with strength and performance, and that passion led me to coaching in 2015, competing at the CrossFit Games on a team in 2021, and eventually shifting into competitive Olympic weightlifting - where I qualified for the British Championships in my first season.
So yeah, I’ve been through the highs and lows of athletic performance. I’ve experienced what it’s like to train hard and feel like your nutrition isn’t quite matching your effort. I’ve had the days where my energy tanked mid-session, or progress stalled despite ticking every training box.
