I started training back in 2014, the same year I graduated as a physiotherapist. I fell in love with strength and performance, and that passion led me to coaching in 2015, competing at the CrossFit Games on a team in 2021, and eventually shifting into competitive Olympic weightlifting - where I qualified for the British Championships in my first season.
